What's new in the latest Casska releases.
Version 1.5.1
- Improved In expense details, the “Recognized items” list now shows only the quantity, without the category suggestion.
- Fixed On smaller screens the language list did not fit completely. It now scrolls.
- Fixed In the header of the Due tab, the pending and overdue badges overflowed when their labels were long.
- Fixed After saving an expense, the label of the “Also as favorite” button was not vertically centered.
Version 1.5.0
- New Weekly and every-2-weeks recurrence: recurring items can now fall due every week or every other week, on a weekday of your choice.
- New Recurring expenses overview: monthly average and yearly total, with half-yearly and yearly items due in the next 30 days highlighted. The full version adds price history, deviation badges and the share of fixed costs.
- New Favorites: save the expenses you log often and add them pre-filled from the “+” button or from the top of the new expense form.
- New Monthly wrap-up: in the first week of each month, a summary card of last month on the home screen, with a detailed view.
- New Move a local household to the cloud: every expense, category, recurrence, tag, favorite and plan comes along, and afterwards you can use it on several devices and invite members. The local copy stays on your device until you delete it.
- Improved If you pay a recurring item with a different amount than expected, you can update the recurrence in one tap — together with the open items already created.
- Improved Changing or deleting a recurrence no longer sends household members a separate notification for every item.
- Fixed Deleting a category that had expenses failed with an error. Its expenses now move to “Other”.
- Fixed After changing a recurrence’s amount, the open items already created and the next ones still used the old amount.
- Fixed Tapping a due-date notification showed a black screen instead of the Due tab.
- Fixed Deleting a local household left its recurrences and tags on the device.
- Fixed In a local household, the monthly budget wasn’t saved, so it didn’t show up on the home screen either. It now also comes along when you move the household to the cloud.
